This grinder is specially designed for crushing Chinese herbal medicines containing fibers or materials with a specific oil content. It is highly suitable for the pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries.
The equipment consists of a feeder hopper, classification round, smashing blade, gear ring, smashing motor, discharge hole, fan, and cleaning box. Materials are fed into the crushing room and pulverized by a high-speed blade. Fineness is controlled by adjusting the distance between the classification round and plate.
Powder that meets the size requirements is sent to the aggregate box cloth-bag, while others remain in the chamber for further grinding. Dust is collected by a specialized cleaning box. This equipment follows GMP standards and features a simple structure, easy cleaning, low noise, and high production efficiency using quality stainless steel.
