How long is your Warranty?
All our products come with a standard one year warranty on vulnerable parts. As well, we will provide 1% quantity vulnerable parts along with the container.
What are your payment methods?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment), Western Union, Money Gram, DP, and LC.
What is your MOQ?
We accept sample orders or test orders. General orders: 1*20GP or 40GP, 40HQ mixed container.
What is your delivery time?
Full container: 30 days after receiving deposit. LFC container: 7~25 days depending on the quantity.
Do you offer samples?
Yes, we can provide samples. The cost of the sample is paid by the customer; if you are satisfied and place a mass production order, we can deduct the sample cost.
Do you accept OEM?
Yes, we can help make and put your logo on the machine.
